Your commissioned MIDI/UST(x) files are for your personal use and cannot be distributed to third parties.Public Distribution
To distribute the files publicly, an additional 100% fee will be added, effectively doubling the original price. Distribution of rendered vocals (WAVs) is allowed.Private Sharing for Tuning (Exception)
You may privately send the MIDI/UST(x) file to a third party only if they are tuning the vocals. The tuner must agree not to use the files for any other purpose. This private sharing is free of charge.
